Join us in the serenity of this beautiful 600+ acre private land surrounded by national forest. This is a 6 day, 7 night nature cure retreat in the beautiful Tumalo Lake Lodge in Bend, OR. Come experience luxury in nature! In addition to the standard therapies we offer during our retreats, this setting provides a great space for relaxation on the private lake, soaking in one of the five hot tubs, enjoying a sauna break, and hiking around the beautiful old-growth forest. This retreat is limited to 16 guests so sign up before it fills up!
What’s included in the cost of the retreat?
- One full 1.5 hour intake with a Naturopathic Doctor prior to retreat, and three 30 minute in-person visits at the retreat
- Daily hydrotherapy treatments
- Two massages
- Two Chinese medicine visits (acupuncture)
- Daily yoga and meditation
- Three organic vegetarian meals a day, fresh pressed juices and/or smoothies
- Cacao ceremonies, sound healing, earthing

Licensed Naturopathic Doctor in Washington state. She is extensively trained in homeopathic medicine, herbal medicine, drainage therapy, detoxification, whole-food nutrition and water-only fasting. Co-owner of Glorious Health Retreats.
Steven Nguyen ND, LAc, LMT
Licensed Naturopathic Doctor, Acupuncturist, and Massage therapist in Oregon. Specializes in chronic pain, regenerative medicine, and aesthetics. Utilizes herbal medicine, acupuncture, bodywork/massage, and regenerative injection therapies.
Dan Plauche, LMT
Culinary BA, Certified health coach. Bry is a chef and practitioner of sound and nature therapy. He has been professionally cooking for 14 years, approaching food and nutrition from a perspective that one must be closely attuned to the natural surroundings in order to receive organically occurring healing and sustaining bounty.
Alexandra Demetro ND, LM
Licensed Naturopathic Doctor and Midwife in Washington, and our honored guest speaker. She has been serving in the community for over 20 years as a Naturopathic Doctor and a licensed homebirth midwife. In her spare time she loves to garden and collect wild edibles from the woods she and her daughters live in.
